Ingredients
- 2 cups (180g) Broccoli florets, steamed and chopped
- 1 cup (113g) Sharp cheddar, shredded
- 1/4 cup (28g) Almond flour
- 1 Large egg
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Squeeze chopped broccoli in a clean towel to remove as much water as possible.
- Mix broccoli, cheddar, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, and salt until cohesive.
- Form into 12 fry-shaped sticks on the prepared sheet.
- Bake 20-22 minutes, flipping halfway, until deeply golden and crisp at the edges.
- Serve hot with ranch or sugar-free marinara.
