Ingredients

  • 2 cups (180g) Broccoli florets, steamed and chopped
  • 1 cup (113g) Sharp cheddar, shredded
  • 1/4 cup (28g) Almond flour
  • 1 Large egg
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Squeeze chopped broccoli in a clean towel to remove as much water as possible.
  3. Mix broccoli, cheddar, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, and salt until cohesive.
  4. Form into 12 fry-shaped sticks on the prepared sheet.
  5. Bake 20-22 minutes, flipping halfway, until deeply golden and crisp at the edges.
  6. Serve hot with ranch or sugar-free marinara.
