Ingredients

  • 1 large head Cauliflower florets
  • 1/3 cup Buffalo hot sauce
  • 3 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Ranch dressing (for dipping)
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss cauliflower with olive oil, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Roast 20 minutes until golden and crispy.
  4. Mix buffalo sauce and melted butter.
  5. Toss roasted cauliflower in buffalo sauce. Serve with ranch.
