Ingredients

  • 1 medium head (500g) Cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 cup (56g) Almond flour
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1/4 cup Buffalo wing sauce (e.g., Frank's RedHot)
  • 2 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and black pepper

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Whisk eggs with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Combine almond flour in a separate bowl.
  3. Dip each floret in egg, then dredge in almond flour. Arrange on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake 20 minutes until crispy and golden.
  5. Whisk buffalo sauce with melted butter. Toss with the hot cauliflower.
  6. Return to the oven 5 minutes for the sauce to set, then serve immediately.
