Ingredients
- 1 medium head (500g) Cauliflower florets
- 1/2 cup (56g) Almond flour
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/4 cup Buffalo wing sauce (e.g., Frank's RedHot)
- 2 tbsp Butter, melted
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- to taste Salt and black pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Whisk eggs with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Combine almond flour in a separate bowl.
- Dip each floret in egg, then dredge in almond flour. Arrange on the baking sheet.
- Bake 20 minutes until crispy and golden.
- Whisk buffalo sauce with melted butter. Toss with the hot cauliflower.
- Return to the oven 5 minutes for the sauce to set, then serve immediately.
