- 2 cups (300g) Cooked shredded chicken
- 4 oz (115g) Cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup Buffalo hot sauce
- 8 stalks Celery sticks, halved
- 2 tbsp Blue cheese crumbles
- 2 tbsp Green onions, sliced
Method
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, and buffalo hot sauce until creamy.
- Wash celery and cut into 3-inch sections.
- Spoon buffalo chicken mixture into the hollow side of each celery boat.
