  • 2 cups (300g) Cooked shredded chicken
  • 4 oz (115g) Cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup Buffalo hot sauce
  • 8 stalks Celery sticks, halved
  • 2 tbsp Blue cheese crumbles
  • 2 tbsp Green onions, sliced

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, and buffalo hot sauce until creamy.
  2. Wash celery and cut into 3-inch sections.
  3. Spoon buffalo chicken mixture into the hollow side of each celery boat.
  4. Top with blue cheese crumbles and sliced green onions.
  5. Serve immediately, or chill 15 minutes for firmer filling.
