- 1 roll Almond flour sub roll
- 4 oz (115g) Cooked shredded chicken
- 2 tbsp Buffalo hot sauce (sugar-free)
- 1 tsp Butter, melted
- 2 tbsp (15g) Bleu cheese crumbles
- 2 tbsp Celery, finely diced
- 1 tbsp Ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup Romaine lettuce, shredded
Method
- Toss shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and melted butter; warm in a skillet 2-3 minutes.
- Slice the sub roll. Spread ranch on both halves.
- Pile buffalo chicken; top with bleu cheese, celery, and lettuce.
- Close and slice on the bias.
