  • 1 roll Almond flour sub roll
  • 4 oz (115g) Cooked shredded chicken
  • 2 tbsp Buffalo hot sauce (sugar-free)
  • 1 tsp Butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp (15g) Bleu cheese crumbles
  • 2 tbsp Celery, finely diced
  • 1 tbsp Ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup Romaine lettuce, shredded

Method

  1. Toss shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and melted butter; warm in a skillet 2-3 minutes.
  2. Slice the sub roll. Spread ranch on both halves.
  3. Pile buffalo chicken; top with bleu cheese, celery, and lettuce.
  4. Close and slice on the bias.
