Ingredients
- 1 can (5 oz / 140g) Canned tuna in water, drained
- 2 tbsp Cream cheese, softened
- 1.5 tbsp Buffalo hot sauce (sugar-free, e.g., Frank's)
- 6 medium Celery stalks, washed and trimmed
- 2 tbsp (15g) Blue cheese crumbles
- 1 Green onion, sliced
- to taste Black pepper
Method
- In a small bowl, mash cream cheese with buffalo sauce until smooth.
- Flake tuna into the bowl and mix until evenly coated; season with black pepper.
- Cut celery stalks into 4-inch logs.
- Spoon or pipe the buffalo tuna into the celery channel.
- Top with blue cheese crumbles and green onion. Serve immediately.
