  • 1 can (5 oz / 140g) Canned tuna in water, drained
  • 2 tbsp Cream cheese, softened
  • 1.5 tbsp Buffalo hot sauce (sugar-free, e.g., Frank's)
  • 6 medium Celery stalks, washed and trimmed
  • 2 tbsp (15g) Blue cheese crumbles
  • 1 Green onion, sliced
  • to taste Black pepper

Method

  1. In a small bowl, mash cream cheese with buffalo sauce until smooth.
  2. Flake tuna into the bowl and mix until evenly coated; season with black pepper.
  3. Cut celery stalks into 4-inch logs.
  4. Spoon or pipe the buffalo tuna into the celery channel.
  5. Top with blue cheese crumbles and green onion. Serve immediately.
