Ingredients
- 2 lbs (900g) Chicken thighs, cubed
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp Garam masala
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 3 tbsp Tomato paste
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Ginger, grated
- for garnish Fresh cilantro
- to taste Salt
Method
- Marinate chicken in yogurt, half the garam masala, turmeric, and salt for 30 min.
- Sear marinated chicken in 2 tbsp butter until golden. Remove.
- In the same pan, melt remaining butter. Sauté garlic and ginger 1 minute.
- Add tomato paste, remaining garam masala, and cream. Simmer 10 minutes.
- Return chicken. Simmer 10 more minutes. Garnish with cilantro.
