  • 8 Chicken thighs, bone-in skin-on
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 3 sprigs Fresh thyme
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Rub chicken thighs generously with Cajun seasoning and salt.
  2. Place skin-side down in a hot cast iron skillet. Cook 8 minutes until crispy.
  3. Flip. Add butter, garlic, and thyme to the pan.
  4. Baste chicken with butter for 2 minutes.
  5. Transfer to 400°F oven 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
