Ingredients
- 8 Chicken thighs, bone-in skin-on
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 3 sprigs Fresh thyme
- to taste Salt
Method
- Rub chicken thighs generously with Cajun seasoning and salt.
- Place skin-side down in a hot cast iron skillet. Cook 8 minutes until crispy.
- Flip. Add butter, garlic, and thyme to the pan.
- Baste chicken with butter for 2 minutes.
- Transfer to 400°F oven 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
