Ingredients

  • 1 large Keto wrap (low-carb tortilla)
  • 4 oz (115g) Chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 oz (28g) Pepper jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup Romaine lettuce, shredded

Method

  1. Mix mayo, mustard, and hot sauce for the remoulade.
  2. Toss chicken with cajun seasoning. Sear in olive oil 5 minutes until blackened.
  3. Add peppers; cook 3 more minutes.
  4. Warm the wrap. Spread remoulade; top with chicken, peppers, cheese, and lettuce.
  5. Roll up tightly and slice on the bias.
