Ingredients
- 1 large Keto wrap (low-carb tortilla)
- 4 oz (115g) Chicken breast, sliced
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 cup Bell pepper, sliced
- 1 oz (28g) Pepper jack cheese, shredded
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp Hot sauce
- 1/4 cup Romaine lettuce, shredded
Method
- Mix mayo, mustard, and hot sauce for the remoulade.
- Toss chicken with cajun seasoning. Sear in olive oil 5 minutes until blackened.
- Add peppers; cook 3 more minutes.
- Warm the wrap. Spread remoulade; top with chicken, peppers, cheese, and lettuce.
- Roll up tightly and slice on the bias.
