- 4 (6 oz each) Salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 3 cups Cauliflower rice
- 1 large Avocado
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Sour cream
- to taste Salt
Method
- Coat salmon with cajun seasoning.
- Sear in olive oil 4-5 minutes per side.
- Sauté cauliflower rice until tender, 5 minutes.
