- 1 large Keto wrap (low-carb tortilla)
- 2 oz (55g) Fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 3 slices Tomato, sliced
- 6 leaves Fresh basil leaves
- 1 tbsp Basil pesto
- 1 tsp Balsamic glaze (sugar-free)
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- to taste Salt and black pepper
Method
- Lay the wrap flat. Spread pesto down the center.
- Layer mozzarella, tomato, and basil leaves.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze; season with salt and pepper.
- Roll up tightly and slice on the bias.
