  • 1 large Keto wrap (low-carb tortilla)
  • 2 oz (55g) Fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • 3 slices Tomato, sliced
  • 6 leaves Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp Basil pesto
  • 1 tsp Balsamic glaze (sugar-free)
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • to taste Salt and black pepper

Method

  1. Lay the wrap flat. Spread pesto down the center.
  2. Layer mozzarella, tomato, and basil leaves.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze; season with salt and pepper.
  4. Roll up tightly and slice on the bias.
