Ingredients
- 1 medium Cauliflower
- 1 piece(s) Egg(s)
- 100 g Mozzarella
- 30 g Parmesan
- 3 tbsp Tomato sauce (sugar-free)
- a handful Basil
Method
- Grate cauliflower, microwave for 4 min and squeeze out water.
- Mix with egg, Parmesan and half the mozzarella.
- Spread thinly on parchment paper and bake at 200°C (400°F) for 15 min.
- Add tomato sauce, sprinkle remaining mozzarella, bake 10 more min.
- Serve with basil.
