Ingredients

  • 1 medium Cauliflower
  • 1 piece(s) Egg(s)
  • 100 g Mozzarella
  • 30 g Parmesan
  • 3 tbsp Tomato sauce (sugar-free)
  • a handful Basil

Method

  1. Grate cauliflower, microwave for 4 min and squeeze out water.
  2. Mix with egg, Parmesan and half the mozzarella.
  3. Spread thinly on parchment paper and bake at 200°C (400°F) for 15 min.
  4. Add tomato sauce, sprinkle remaining mozzarella, bake 10 more min.
  5. Serve with basil.
