Ingredients

  • 2 cups (200g) Riced cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup (56g) Sharp cheddar, shredded
  • 1 Large egg
  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Avocado oil

Method

  1. Microwave riced cauliflower 4 minutes, then squeeze in a clean towel until very dry.
  2. Mix cauliflower, cheddar, egg, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat avocado oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Form mixture into 4 patties and press into the pan.
  5. Cook 4-5 minutes per side until deeply golden and crisp. Serve immediately.
