Ingredients
- 2 cups (200g) Riced cauliflower
- 1/2 cup (56g) Sharp cheddar, shredded
- 1 Large egg
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 2 tbsp Avocado oil
Method
- Microwave riced cauliflower 4 minutes, then squeeze in a clean towel until very dry.
- Mix cauliflower, cheddar, egg, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat avocado oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Form mixture into 4 patties and press into the pan.
- Cook 4-5 minutes per side until deeply golden and crisp. Serve immediately.
