Ingredients
- 1 large head Cauliflower florets
- 2 cups (200g) Sharp cheddar, shredded
- 4 oz (115g) Cream cheese
- 1/4 cup Heavy cream
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 cup Bacon bits
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Steam cauliflower until just tender, 8 minutes. Drain well.
- In a saucepan, melt cream cheese with cream and mustard.
- Stir in 1.5 cups cheddar until melted.
- Toss cauliflower in cheese sauce. Transfer to a baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheddar and bacon bits. Broil 3-4 minutes until bubbly.
