Ingredients

  • 1 large head Cauliflower florets
  • 2 cups (200g) Sharp cheddar, shredded
  • 4 oz (115g) Cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup Bacon bits
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Steam cauliflower until just tender, 8 minutes. Drain well.
  2. In a saucepan, melt cream cheese with cream and mustard.
  3. Stir in 1.5 cups cheddar until melted.
  4. Toss cauliflower in cheese sauce. Transfer to a baking dish.
  5. Top with remaining cheddar and bacon bits. Broil 3-4 minutes until bubbly.
