- 1/2 cup (50g) Parmesan, finely grated (for crust)
- 1/4 cup (60g) Low-sugar marinara
- 1 cup (113g) Mozzarella, shredded (topping)
- 12 Pepperoni slices
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Mix the 2 cups mozzarella with parmesan and spread in a thin, even 10-inch round on the parchment.
- Bake 6-8 minutes until the cheese is melted, golden, and bubbling.
- Top with marinara, the additional mozzarella, pepperoni, and Italian seasoning.
- Return to the oven 4-5 minutes until the topping cheese melts.
