- 8 slices (170g) Deli turkey slices
- 3 tbsp Cream cheese, softened
- 4 slices (100g) Cheddar cheese slices
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup Baby spinach (optional)
Method
- Lay turkey slices flat; spread each with a thin layer of cream cheese and a touch of Dijon.
