  • 8 slices (170g) Deli turkey slices
  • 3 tbsp Cream cheese, softened
  • 4 slices (100g) Cheddar cheese slices
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup Baby spinach (optional)

Method

  1. Lay turkey slices flat; spread each with a thin layer of cream cheese and a touch of Dijon.
  2. Top with a cheddar slice and a few spinach leaves if using.
