Ingredients
- 2 lbs (900g) Ground beef (80/20)
- 4 oz (115g) Cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1 large Egg
- 1/3 cup Almond flour
- 1/4 cup Dill pickles, diced
- 3 tbsp Sugar-free ketchup
- 2 tbsp Yellow mustard
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix ground beef, egg, almond flour, pickles, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Press half the mixture into a loaf pan. Layer cheddar cubes in the center.
- Top with remaining meat mixture, pressing edges to seal.
- Mix ketchup and mustard, spread on top.
- Bake 40-45 minutes until internal temp reaches 160°F (71°C). Rest 10 minutes.
