- 1 lb (450g) Ground chicken
- 4 Cheddar cheese slices
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 8 large Lettuce leaves
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Form ground chicken into 4 patties, season with salt and pepper.
- Cook patties in a hot skillet 3-4 minutes per side. Top with cheese to melt.
- Mix mayo, parsley, garlic, and lemon juice for the green dressing.
- Wrap burgers in lettuce leaves and drizzle with green garlic dressing.
