Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) Ground chicken
  • 4 Cheddar cheese slices
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 8 large Lettuce leaves
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Form ground chicken into 4 patties, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook patties in a hot skillet 3-4 minutes per side. Top with cheese to melt.
  3. Mix mayo, parsley, garlic, and lemon juice for the green dressing.
  4. Wrap burgers in lettuce leaves and drizzle with green garlic dressing.
