Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) Ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan, grated
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 cup Mozzarella, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Sugar-free marinara
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Mix ground chicken, parmesan, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture into a 10-inch oval on the parchment, about 1/4-inch thick.
  4. Bake 15 minutes until set and lightly golden.
  5. Spread marinara on one half. Top with mozzarella.
  6. Fold the empty half over the filling and crimp edges. Brush top with olive oil.
  7. Return to oven 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is golden. Slice and serve.
