Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) Ground chicken
- 1/2 cup Parmesan, grated
- 1 large Egg
- 1 cup Mozzarella, shredded
- 1/4 cup Sugar-free marinara
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Mix ground chicken, parmesan, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the chicken mixture into a 10-inch oval on the parchment, about 1/4-inch thick.
- Bake 15 minutes until set and lightly golden.
- Spread marinara on one half. Top with mozzarella.
- Fold the empty half over the filling and crimp edges. Brush top with olive oil.
- Return to oven 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is golden. Slice and serve.
