Ingredients
- 1 large (10-inch) Keto wrap (low-carb tortilla)
- 4 oz (115g) Chicken breast, sliced
- 1/3 cup Bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tbsp Onion, sliced
- 1 oz (28g) Pepper jack cheese, shredded
- 1 tbsp Sour cream
- 1 tsp Fajita seasoning (sugar-free)
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Lime wedge
Method
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Add chicken, peppers, and onions.
- Sprinkle fajita seasoning; sauté 8-10 minutes until chicken is cooked and veggies are charred.
- Warm the wrap briefly in a dry skillet. Layer pepper jack down the center, then chicken-pepper mixture.
- Top with sour cream and a squeeze of lime; roll up tightly and slice on the bias.
