Ingredients

  • 2 cans (12.5 oz each) Canned chicken, drained
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar, shredded
  • 2 tbsp Almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Mix drained chicken, eggs, cheese, almond flour, and seasonings.
  3. Shape into fry-sized sticks on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake 15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  5. Serve with sugar-free ketchup or ranch for dipping.
