  • 6 oz (170g) Cooked shredded chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup (120g) Low-sugar marinara (e.g., Rao's)
  • 1 cup (113g) Mozzarella, shredded
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and black pepper

Method

  1. Toss shredded chicken with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Press half the chicken onto each tortilla so it adheres to the surface.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high. Place tacos chicken-side down and press, cooking 2-3 minutes until crisped.
  4. Flip, spoon marinara on top, and scatter mozzarella over each.
