- 1/2 cup Coconut oil
- 1/3 cup Cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 1/4 cup Almond butter
- 1/3 cup Powdered erythritol
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp Instant espresso powder
- 1/4 tsp Pinch of salt
Method
- Gently melt coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat.
- Whisk in cocoa, almond butter, erythritol, espresso powder, vanilla, and salt until smooth and glossy.
- Pour into a 12-cup mini muffin pan lined with mini liners.
- Freeze 20 minutes until set. Store in the fridge or freezer.
