  • 1/2 cup Coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup Cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup Almond butter
  • 1/3 cup Powdered erythritol
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp Instant espresso powder
  • 1/4 tsp Pinch of salt

Method

  1. Gently melt coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat.
  2. Whisk in cocoa, almond butter, erythritol, espresso powder, vanilla, and salt until smooth and glossy.
  3. Pour into a 12-cup mini muffin pan lined with mini liners.
  4. Freeze 20 minutes until set. Store in the fridge or freezer.
