Ingredients

  • 2 oz (60g) Plain pork rinds
  • 3 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 3 tbsp Erythritol or monk fruit
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract

Method

  1. Mix sweetener and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  2. Heat melted butter in a large bowl, stir in vanilla.
  3. Toss pork rinds in the butter until evenly coated.
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon-sweetener mixture over rinds and toss again.
  5. Spread on a baking sheet. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 3-5 minutes to set the coating.
  6. Cool slightly and serve. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
