Ingredients
- 2 oz (60g) Plain pork rinds
- 3 tbsp Butter, melted
- 3 tbsp Erythritol or monk fruit
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
Method
- Mix sweetener and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Heat melted butter in a large bowl, stir in vanilla.
- Toss pork rinds in the butter until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle cinnamon-sweetener mixture over rinds and toss again.
- Spread on a baking sheet. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 3-5 minutes to set the coating.
- Cool slightly and serve. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
