Ingredients

  • 2 Keto bread slices, toasted
  • 3 Bacon strips
  • 2 leaves Iceberg or romaine lettuce
  • 2 slices Tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • to taste Black pepper

Method

  1. Cook bacon in a skillet until crisp, about 5 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
  2. Spread mayo on both slices of toasted keto bread; season with pepper.
  3. Layer lettuce, tomato, and bacon between the slices. Cut in half and serve.
