Ingredients
- 3 Large eggs, separated
- 3 tbsp (45g) Cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 tsp Cream of tartar
- 3 (3 oz / 85g) Deli turkey slices
- 1 (28g) Cheddar slice
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 leaves Romaine lettuce
- pinch Salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Whip egg whites with cream of tartar to stiff peaks.
- In another bowl, whisk yolks with cream cheese and salt until smooth.
- Gently fold yolk mixture into the whites, keeping the volume.
- Spoon into 4 round mounds (about 4 inches each); bake 25-30 minutes until golden. Cool fully.
- Spread mayo on two cloud breads. Layer turkey, cheddar, and lettuce. Top with another cloud bread.
- Save remaining cloud bread for tomorrow.
