  • 1 large Keto wrap (low-carb tortilla)
  • 3 oz (85g) Cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 2 Bacon strips, crisp and crumbled
  • 1 Hard-boiled egg, chopped
  • 1 tbsp (8g) Bleu cheese crumbles
  • 1/4 small Avocado, diced
  • 1/3 cup Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Tomato, diced
  • 1.5 tbsp Ranch dressing (sugar-free)

Method

  1. In a bowl, toss chicken, bacon, egg, bleu cheese, avocado, lettuce, and tomato with ranch.
  2. Pile down the center of the wrap.
  3. Roll up tightly and slice on the bias.
