Ingredients
- 4 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup Cooked chicken breast, diced
- 4 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 Hard-boiled eggs, quartered
- 1 Avocado, sliced
- 6 Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup Blue cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
Method
- Arrange chopped lettuce on a large platter or in bowls.
- Arrange chicken, bacon, eggs, avocado, and tomatoes in neat rows on top.
- Sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles.
- Whisk olive oil, red wine vinegar, and Dijon mustard for the dressing.
- Drizzle dressing over salad just before serving.
