Ingredients

  • 4 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup Cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 4 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 Hard-boiled eggs, quartered
  • 1 Avocado, sliced
  • 6 Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup Blue cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

Method

  1. Arrange chopped lettuce on a large platter or in bowls.
  2. Arrange chicken, bacon, eggs, avocado, and tomatoes in neat rows on top.
  3. Sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles.
  4. Whisk olive oil, red wine vinegar, and Dijon mustard for the dressing.
  5. Drizzle dressing over salad just before serving.
