  • 1 cup (225g) Whole-milk cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup (28g) Almond flour
  • 3 tbsp (30g) Sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp Monk fruit sweetener
  • pinch Sea salt

Method

  1. Blend cottage cheese in a food processor until completely smooth, about 30 seconds.
  2. Add almond flour, vanilla, monk fruit, and salt. Pulse until thick and dough-like.
