- 1 cup (225g) Whole-milk cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup (28g) Almond flour
- 3 tbsp (30g) Sugar-free chocolate chips
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp Monk fruit sweetener
- pinch Sea salt
Method
- Blend cottage cheese in a food processor until completely smooth, about 30 seconds.
