- 1 cup (225g) Whole-milk cottage cheese
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a quarter-sheet pan with parchment.
- Blend cottage cheese, eggs, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt until completely smooth, about 30 seconds.
- Pour batter onto the parchment and spread to a thin, even rectangle (about 1/4 inch thick).
- Bake 25 minutes until set, lightly golden, and pulling away from the edges.
- Cool 5 minutes, then slice into squares or wraps.
