  • 1 cup (225g) Whole-milk cottage cheese
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a quarter-sheet pan with parchment.
  2. Blend cottage cheese, eggs, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt until completely smooth, about 30 seconds.
  3. Pour batter onto the parchment and spread to a thin, even rectangle (about 1/4 inch thick).
  4. Bake 25 minutes until set, lightly golden, and pulling away from the edges.
  5. Cool 5 minutes, then slice into squares or wraps.
