Ingredients

  • 2 lbs (900g) Chicken breasts
  • 8 oz (225g) Cream cheese
  • 8 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 packet (1 oz) Ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar
  • 3 Green onions, sliced

Method

  1. Place chicken in a baking dish. Season with ranch mix.
  2. Spread cream cheese on top of chicken.
  3. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 25 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  4. Shred chicken with forks, mix with the melted cream cheese.
  5. Top with bacon, cheddar, and green onions. Return to oven 5 minutes to melt cheese.
