Ingredients

  • 10 oz (280g) Fresh spinach
  • 4 oz (115g) Cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan, grated
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Melt butter, sauté garlic 30 seconds.
  2. Add spinach, cook until wilted, 2-3 minutes. Drain excess liquid.
  3. Stir in cream cheese and heavy cream until melted and smooth.
  4. Add parmesan and nutmeg. Season with salt and pepper.
