Ingredients
- 10 oz (280g) Fresh spinach
- 4 oz (115g) Cream cheese
- 1/4 cup Heavy cream
- 1/4 cup Parmesan, grated
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Melt butter, sauté garlic 30 seconds.
- Add spinach, cook until wilted, 2-3 minutes. Drain excess liquid.
- Stir in cream cheese and heavy cream until melted and smooth.
- Add parmesan and nutmeg. Season with salt and pepper.
