Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Sour cream
  • 2 medium Jalapeños, seeded
  • 1/4 cup, packed Fresh cilantro
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Method

  1. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, jalapeños, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, and salt in a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and pale green, scraping the sides as needed.
  3. Taste and adjust salt or lime.
  4. Transfer to a jar and chill at least 30 minutes for flavors to meld.
  5. Drizzle over tacos, eggs, grilled meats, or use as a dip. Keeps refrigerated up to 1 week.
