Ingredients
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Sour cream
- 2 medium Jalapeños, seeded
- 1/4 cup, packed Fresh cilantro
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Method
- Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, jalapeños, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, and salt in a high-speed blender.
- Blend until completely smooth and pale green, scraping the sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust salt or lime.
- Transfer to a jar and chill at least 30 minutes for flavors to meld.
