Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) Italian sausage, crumbled
  • 3 oz Pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 cup Sugar-free marinara sauce
  • 2 cups Mozzarella, shredded
  • 1/2 Bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Black olives, sliced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Brown Italian sausage in a skillet. Drain excess fat.
  3. Spread marinara in the bottom of a baking dish. Layer sausage, veggies, and olives.
  4. Top with mozzarella and pepperoni. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  5. Bake 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
