Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) Italian sausage, crumbled
- 3 oz Pepperoni slices
- 1/2 cup Sugar-free marinara sauce
- 2 cups Mozzarella, shredded
- 1/2 Bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup Mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup Black olives, sliced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Brown Italian sausage in a skillet. Drain excess fat.
- Spread marinara in the bottom of a baking dish. Layer sausage, veggies, and olives.
- Top with mozzarella and pepperoni. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Bake 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
