Ingredients
- 2 slices Almond flour bread
- 3 oz (85g) Slow-roasted pork, sliced
- 2 slices (1 oz) Black Forest ham
- 2 slices (56g) Swiss cheese
- 4 thin slices Dill pickle, sliced lengthwise
- 1 tbsp Yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp Butter (for pressing)
Method
- Spread mustard on both slices.
- Layer swiss, roast pork, ham, dill pickles, and more swiss between them.
- Butter the outside of each slice. Press in a skillet under a heavy pan (or panini press) 3 minutes per side until crisp and melty.
- Slice on the diagonal and serve hot.
