Ingredients

  • 2 slices Almond flour bread
  • 3 oz (85g) Slow-roasted pork, sliced
  • 2 slices (1 oz) Black Forest ham
  • 2 slices (56g) Swiss cheese
  • 4 thin slices Dill pickle, sliced lengthwise
  • 1 tbsp Yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp Butter (for pressing)

Method

  1. Spread mustard on both slices.
  2. Layer swiss, roast pork, ham, dill pickles, and more swiss between them.
  3. Butter the outside of each slice. Press in a skillet under a heavy pan (or panini press) 3 minutes per side until crisp and melty.
  4. Slice on the diagonal and serve hot.
