Ingredients
- 12 Large eggs
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp White vinegar
- for garnish Paprika
- for garnish Fresh chives
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Boil eggs 12 minutes. Ice bath 5 minutes. Peel.
- Halve eggs. Scoop yolks into a bowl.
- Mash yolks with mayo, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper until smooth.
- Pipe or spoon filling back into egg white halves.
- Sprinkle with paprika and chives.
