Ingredients
- 1 large (10-inch) Keto wrap (low-carb tortilla)
- 2 Hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1.5 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Dill pickle, finely diced
- 1 tsp Chives, chopped
- 1/2 cup Romaine lettuce, shredded
- to taste Salt and black pepper
Method
- Mash chopped eggs with mayo, Dijon, pickle, and chives; season with salt and pepper.
- Lay lettuce down the center of the keto wrap.
- Spoon the egg salad over the lettuce. Roll up and halve on the bias.
