Ingredients

  • 1 large (10-inch) Keto wrap (low-carb tortilla)
  • 2 Hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1.5 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Dill pickle, finely diced
  • 1 tsp Chives, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Romaine lettuce, shredded
  • to taste Salt and black pepper

Method

  1. Mash chopped eggs with mayo, Dijon, pickle, and chives; season with salt and pepper.
  2. Lay lettuce down the center of the keto wrap.
  3. Spoon the egg salad over the lettuce. Roll up and halve on the bias.
