Ingredients
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 tsp Butter (for the pan)
- 1 can (5 oz / 140g) Canned tuna in water, drained
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Celery, finely diced
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- to taste Salt and black pepper
Method
- Whisk eggs with a pinch of salt; pour into a buttered nonstick skillet over medium-low heat.
- Cook into a thin even omelette, 2-3 minutes; flip briefly to set the top. Slide onto a plate.
- Mix tuna with mayo, celery, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon tuna salad along the center of the egg wrap; fold sides over and roll up.
- Slice in half on the bias and serve.
