Ingredients

  • 2 large Eggplant
  • 500 g Ground turkey
  • 2 cup Domates sosu
  • 1 cup Mozzarella, shredded
  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 1 top Burrata
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Method

  1. Slice eggplants lengthwise, salt and rest 15 min, then pat dry.
  2. Sear both sides in olive oil.
  3. Cook ground turkey, add tomato sauce and spices.
  4. Layer in a baking dish: eggplant, meat sauce, ricotta, mozzarella.
  5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30 min.
  6. Top with burrata and serve.
