  • 1 cup (240ml) Cold water
  • 1/4 tsp Pink Himalayan or sea salt
  • 1/2 tbsp (7ml) Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp Magnesium powder (optional, unflavored)

Method

  1. Stir salt into the water until fully dissolved.
  2. Add lemon juice and magnesium powder if using; stir again.
  3. Drink first thing in the morning or whenever keto-flu symptoms hit.
