- 1 cup (240ml) Cold water
- 1/4 tsp Pink Himalayan or sea salt
- 1/2 tbsp (7ml) Fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp Magnesium powder (optional, unflavored)
Method
- Stir salt into the water until fully dissolved.
- Add lemon juice and magnesium powder if using; stir again.
- Drink first thing in the morning or whenever keto-flu symptoms hit.
