Ingredients
- 1 cup (100g) Parmesan, finely grated
- 1/2 cup (56g) Sharp cheddar, shredded
- 1 tbsp Everything bagel seasoning
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment.
- Toss parmesan and cheddar together. Spoon 1 tbsp mounds onto parchment, spaced 2 inches apart.
- Press each mound flat. Sprinkle generously with everything bagel seasoning.
- Bake 6-8 minutes until edges are deeply golden and centers are set.
- Cool on the pan 5 minutes — they crisp as they cool. Transfer to a rack.
