Ingredients

  • 400g Brussels sprouts
  • 60g Pastrami (Cured beef), chopped
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Halve the Brussels sprouts and toss with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Spread on a baking sheet, scatter pastrami bits in between.
  4. Roast for 20 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan and roast for 5 more minutes.
