Ingredients
- 400g Brussels sprouts
- 60g Pastrami (Cured beef), chopped
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Halve the Brussels sprouts and toss with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Spread on a baking sheet, scatter pastrami bits in between.
- Roast for 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan and roast for 5 more minutes.
