Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (60g) Golden flaxseed meal
- 1 tbsp Psyllium husk powder
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 cup Warm water
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Method
- Whisk flaxseed meal, psyllium, and salt in a bowl.
- Add warm water and olive oil. Stir until a soft, kneadable dough forms.
- Rest 5 minutes for the psyllium to hydrate.
- Divide into 4 balls. Roll each between two parchment sheets to a thin 6-inch round.
- Cook in a dry non-stick skillet over medium-high heat 1-2 minutes per side until lightly charred and pliable.
- Stack between parchment to keep soft. Fill with desired wrap toppings.
