Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (60g) Golden flaxseed meal
  • 1 tbsp Psyllium husk powder
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Warm water
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Method

  1. Whisk flaxseed meal, psyllium, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil. Stir until a soft, kneadable dough forms.
  3. Rest 5 minutes for the psyllium to hydrate.
  4. Divide into 4 balls. Roll each between two parchment sheets to a thin 6-inch round.
  5. Cook in a dry non-stick skillet over medium-high heat 1-2 minutes per side until lightly charred and pliable.
  6. Stack between parchment to keep soft. Fill with desired wrap toppings.
