Ingredients
- 1 roll Almond flour sub roll
- 4 oz (115g) Roast beef, thinly sliced
- 2 slices (56g) Provolone cheese
- 1 cup Beef bone broth
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove Garlic, smashed
- 1 tsp Butter
- to taste Black pepper
Method
- Simmer broth with garlic and Worcestershire 5 minutes for au jus; keep warm. Discard garlic.
- Slice the sub roll. Toast cut sides in a skillet with butter until golden.
- Pile roast beef into the warm au jus briefly to heat through, then onto the bottom roll.
- Top with provolone; broil 1-2 minutes until melted.
- Close and serve with au jus on the side for dipping.
