Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (75g) Fresh blueberries
- 1 cup (225g) Full-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp Monk fruit sweetener
Method
- Stir Greek yogurt with vanilla and monk fruit until smooth.
- Toss blueberries gently into the yogurt to coat.
- Spoon clusters of 4-5 coated berries onto a parchment-lined sheet pan.
- Freeze at least 2 hours until completely solid.
- Transfer to a freezer container. Eat straight from the freezer.
