Ingredients
- 1 cup (240g) Whole-milk Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup (30g) Fresh raspberries
- 1 tbsp Powdered monk fruit
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
Method
- Stir Greek yogurt with monk fruit and vanilla.
- Drop tablespoon-sized mounds onto a parchment-lined sheet.
- Press 1-2 raspberries gently into the top of each mound.
- Freeze 2-3 hours until firm. Store in the freezer in an airtight container.
