Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240g) Whole-milk Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup (30g) Fresh raspberries
  • 1 tbsp Powdered monk fruit
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract

Method

  1. Stir Greek yogurt with monk fruit and vanilla.
  2. Drop tablespoon-sized mounds onto a parchment-lined sheet.
  3. Press 1-2 raspberries gently into the top of each mound.
  4. Freeze 2-3 hours until firm. Store in the freezer in an airtight container.
