Ingredients
- 1 cup (140g) Fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup Full-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp Erythritol or monk fruit
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
Method
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Greek yogurt with sweetener and vanilla until smooth.
- Using a toothpick, dip each blueberry into the yogurt, letting excess drip off.
- Place coated blueberries on the parchment, spaced apart.
