Ingredients
- 1 large Fathead flatbread (or keto wrap)
- 4 oz (115g) Chicken breast, sliced
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Tzatziki sauce
- 2 tbsp Tomato, diced
- 1 tbsp Red onion, slivered
- 1 tbsp (15g) Crumbled feta
- 1 tsp Fresh dill, chopped
Method
- Toss chicken with olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, and garlic. Marinate 5 minutes.
- Sear in a hot skillet 5-7 minutes until cooked through and lightly charred.
- Warm the flatbread. Spread tzatziki down the center; layer chicken, tomato, red onion, feta, and dill.
- Roll up tightly and slice on the bias.
