Ingredients

  • 1 large Fathead flatbread (or keto wrap)
  • 4 oz (115g) Chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Tzatziki sauce
  • 2 tbsp Tomato, diced
  • 1 tbsp Red onion, slivered
  • 1 tbsp (15g) Crumbled feta
  • 1 tsp Fresh dill, chopped

Method

  1. Toss chicken with olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, and garlic. Marinate 5 minutes.
  2. Sear in a hot skillet 5-7 minutes until cooked through and lightly charred.
  3. Warm the flatbread. Spread tzatziki down the center; layer chicken, tomato, red onion, feta, and dill.
  4. Roll up tightly and slice on the bias.
