Ingredients

  • 2 lbs (900g) Chicken wings
  • 4 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan, grated
  • 5 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp Salt

Method

  1. Bake wings at 425°F on a rack for 40 minutes until crispy.
  2. Melt butter, add garlic and Italian seasoning. Cook 1 minute.
  3. Stir in parmesan.
  4. Toss hot wings in garlic parmesan butter.
  5. Garnish with parsley. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dip.
