Ingredients
- 500 g Ground chicken
- 80 g Goat cheese
- 1 small Spaghetti squash
- 1/4 cup Almond flour
- 1 piece(s) Egg(s)
- 1 cup Domates sosu
- a handful Fresh basil
- 2 clove(s) Garlic
Method
- Halve spaghetti squash, roast at 400°F (200°C) for 30 min, then scrape into strands with a fork.
- Mix ground chicken, almond flour and egg to form meatball mixture.
- Place a small piece of goat cheese in the center of each meatball and wrap.
- Brown meatballs in a skillet.
- Add tomato sauce and garlic, cook 10 min.
- Serve over spaghetti squash, sprinkle with basil.
