Ingredients

  • 500 g Ground chicken
  • 80 g Goat cheese
  • 1 small Spaghetti squash
  • 1/4 cup Almond flour
  • 1 piece(s) Egg(s)
  • 1 cup Domates sosu
  • a handful Fresh basil
  • 2 clove(s) Garlic

Method

  1. Halve spaghetti squash, roast at 400°F (200°C) for 30 min, then scrape into strands with a fork.
  2. Mix ground chicken, almond flour and egg to form meatball mixture.
  3. Place a small piece of goat cheese in the center of each meatball and wrap.
  4. Brown meatballs in a skillet.
  5. Add tomato sauce and garlic, cook 10 min.
  6. Serve over spaghetti squash, sprinkle with basil.
